I wholeheartedly recommend Custom Vietnam Travel. We designed a custom made trip to Vietnam (Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi-An, Siem Reap) with this agency. They accommodated all of our requests. The interaction with them was easy and prompt before the trip and the delivery was excellent. Very good guides, good transportation and great selection of hotels and restaurants throughout. Thanks very much for a great family&friends vacation.

Amazing Service!

Reviewed: Aug 25, 2019
We have just returned from a 6D5N private tour with Custom Vietnam to Mui Ne / Dalat. This is the 2nd time we travel with them, the 1st time was just a year ago to Ninh Bình/Sapa. Like the 1st time, everything went very smoothly from booking to the actual tour. Custom Vietnam continued to impress us with their high standard of customer service and the excellent choice of responsible tour guide and driver.
A special thank to the sales consultant Ms Julie Bui who handle our booking. She is very dedicated and responsible. She even called us on the last day of our tour to find out if we are satisfied with the trip.

Great travel and responsive service from Custom Vietnam Travel

Aug 24, 2019
I was recommended to join this tour by a local friend. Rosie was in charge of liaising with me for arrangement and payment and did a great job responding to my queries.
The tour guide Key was very funny and cute, he entertained us a lot during the tour. We visited Bai Dinh pagoda, Trang An ecotourism boat ride + King Kong Skull Island + Mua Cave and although it was rainy, still enjoyable. There was a lunch buffet provided, which was passable. Met other tour participants from other countries who were very friendly too. Overall an enjoyable tour and good service from the agency and tour guide.

Fully customized tour, all went smoothly

Aug 12, 2019
Rosie worked with me (very patiently and thoroughly) to organize a HIGHLY customized tour schedule which involved me sending PDFs of sites of I wanted to visit and the specific order in which I wanted to visit them. Everything went smoothly apart from the weather (which, obviously was beyond anyone's control), but the guides were able to ensure that I was still able to visit every site I wanted to see.
She was also available in real-time via WhatsApp to fix the occasional minor hiccup, which was very helpful. If I return to Vietnam I will definitely use this service again.

Excellent 12 day Vietnam tour for the whole family

Aug 8, 2019
It has been an exquisite experience having Custom Vietnam Travel to plan our summer holiday for our family of 4.
As usually were our own planning pour, we had only bought the tickets for the flights in and out of Vietnam, and at short notice Rosie had made a perfect plan for our stay in Vietnam.
We experienced the north, the middle and the south of Vietnam and every hotel, guide and car with driver worked perfectly. All our needs and expectation were met more than we had thought of.
The contact with Custom Vietnam Travel were smooth even as we live in Denmark and Rosie is in Hanoi. We had several emails with details and information before our travel and while we were in Vietnam we were in contact (if needed) by WhatsApp.
When we arrived at the airport Custom Vietnam Travel picked us up and transported us to the hotel. Later the first day we had a nice visit by Rosie where she told us tips about what to do and see in Hanoi.
Every detail of the plan Rosie had made, worked perfectly and if we wanted to do or see something else, we just arranged it with the guides, that was very flexible.
We highly recommend Custom Vietnam Travel for arrangements in the lovely country of Vietnam!
