DAY 1: HANOI - BA BE LAKE
The driver and guide will come to pick you up from your hotel in Hanoii and drive up to the Northeastern mountains for Ba Be Lake with photo stops on the way and a visit to Thai Nguyen Museum of Ethnology. Lunch at a local restaurant on the way. Arrive at Ba Be National Park and take a walk around the village of Tay ethnic minority group to learn the local life or just take easy with a drink and chat with the host and get to know about the family. Dinner and spend the nigh on a stilt house

DAY 2: BOAT TRIP IN BA BE LAKE - DRIVE TO CAO BANG
If you can walk up early, a morning walk is beautiful with fresh air. After breakfast, take a short walk to the boat dock and spend your morning cruising through Ba Be Lake, which is considered as the biggest natural fresh water lake in Vietnam. The cruise is beautiful with scenery of steep limestone mountains covered by dense rainforest. Onward to Nang River and downstream to visit Dau Dang Waterfall. After a short wallk and admiring the beauty of the fall, we will get back to the boat and head upstream for Puong Limestone Cave. The Nang River runs through a limestone mountain in this national park and created a big cave which is decorated with many beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is also the shelter of thousand bats. About 15 minutes after the cave, you will land at a little dock where your private vehicle awaiting, get back on and drive to Cho Ra Town for your lunch at a local restaurant. The afternoon scenic drive will takes you to Cao Bang province. On arrival at the provincial capital, check in a centrally located hotel. Overnight in Cao Bang town.

DAY 3: VISIT BAN GIOC WATERFALL AND NGUOM NGAO CAVE
After breakfast in the hotel, we will start the day with 3-hour drive to the remote Trung Khanh District which shares the border with China. There are stops on the way to take photographs and witness the ethnic Nung people making basic blacksmiths with their farming tools in Phuc Sen village. Arrive at the Waterfall around 11.30. We then take a walk across paddy fields to reach the base of the falls. If the water is not so violent, we will take a bamboo raft to get closer to the falls to enjoy the cool temperature, due to the water mist in the air. The fall is located right on the border between China and Vietnam.
Enjoy your Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant nearby. Continue on visiting Nguom Ngao limestone Cave, which is about 2 km from Ban Gioc Fall. Thousands of colorful stalactites and stalagmites will amaze you. Back to car for returning to Cao Bang town. Dinner and spend the second night in Cao Bang.

DAY 4: DRIVE BACK TO HANOI
After breakfast, take a stroll around Cao Bang central market if you wish before heading for Hanoi. Lunch on the way. Arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon. End of service or begin other " Custom Vietnam Tour".
